Cancellations
To secure your move, a $100 deposit is required for all bookings, which is applied toward your final balance. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, 50% of the deposit is refunded. However, cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows result in the full forfeiture of your deposit.

Quotations
Flat rates are determined by your specific inventory list, total mileage, and property access points like multiple floors. Honest reporting during the intake phase is vital to avoid price adjustments on moving day and to ensure our team arrives with the correct truck size.

We maintain full licensing and insurance coverage to give you peace of mind. Should any property damage occur, please document it immediately and file a report with our office within 24 hours so we can initiate our professional claims resolution process without delay.

Timeframes
We operate Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. Because our calendar fills up quickly, we recommend reserving your slot two weeks out. If you require a rare Sunday appointment, please contact us directly to check for any special availability outside our standard operating hours.

Preparation
Efficiency is key to a smooth move. Please ensure all personal items are boxed, taped, and labeled prior to our arrival. At least one legal adult must be on-site at both the pickup and drop-off locations to supervise the inventory transition and sign final completion documents.

Twin Haul Moving Co. LLC provides local and regional moves within the Greater Houston area and nearby communities such as Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Cypress. We do not offer long‑distance or out‑of‑state moves at this time.

What We Don't Move
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals), firearms or ammunition, live plants in poor condition, perishable food, pool tables, or other extra‑heavy specialty items that require a dedicated moving crew. Please remove these items before moving day or arrange separate transport.

Twin Haul Moving Co. LLC offers basic furniture assembly and TV mounting when requested in advance. We can assemble items like beds, dressers, and tables, and wall‑mount TVs on standard drywall with proper mounting hardware.

Inclement Weather
Twin Haul Moving Co. LLC operates in light rain and normal Houston weather, but severe conditions like heavy storms, flooding, or ice may delay or reschedule your move for safety. If bad weather is expected, we’ll stay in touch, review conditions on the day of your move, and work with you to find the safest, soonest available time.
